Mr. Secretary Creech Jones to transmit for your information the enclosed copy of a Report on Medical and Health conditions in Hong Kong during the period of the Japanese occupation of the Colony by the Director of Medical Services, Dr. P.S. Selwyn-Clarke, who was in the Colony throughout that time.
